Hope's Home Foundation is building a nurturing community for individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Dyslexia, learning differences, and other physical, cognitive and developmental special needs.
Our community will not be a facility. It will be a home where individuals thrive, families find peace, and every person discovers their own remarkable contribution.
